COVID-19 update from Armadale Doors

Our showroom reopens to the general public from 9:00am Saturday 30th October 2021. Please wear a fitted face mask and check-in via our QR code on your smart phone, conveniently located at the showroom entry.
Deliveries are continuing as normal with all protective precautions in place. We thank you for your continued support.

The health and safety of our customers, staff and families are our top priority – we are taking all necessary steps and precautions as per the advice of the World Health Organisation and Australian Government guidelines, as well as keeping up to date with any changes requiring immediate action. We kindly ask that if you have been overseas within the last 2 weeks or in in contact with anyone that has been overseas in the last 2 weeks, or if you are personally experienced fever, coughs or flu-like symptoms that you take the time to rest and reschedule your visit to see us.

Existing Orders:

Our manufacturing of both doors & leadlights are continuing as normal with no unusual interruptions unless updated by the Australian and/or Victorian Government. Because we manufacture our products (excluding door hardware) here locally in Victoria, using material from both stocked material and material from local suppliers we see no issues in fulfilling our existing orders, if there are any shortages we will be in contact with you directly.

Site Installation:

We are currently still completing site installations until advised otherwise, although with reduced staff. Some of our staff have chosen to self-isolate, we respect their decision and are not forcing them to come to work. With all site visits and installations we request that customers respect and strictly adhere to the no unnecessary contact, and social distancing advice as per the WHO & Government recommendations. We request that customers keep a 2m distance at all times, as well as wearing a mask to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Our staff carry gloves, masks, safety goggles and sanitiser at all times.

New Orders:

As per the existing orders until notified we will be continuing to design, manufacture and install Australia’s most beautiful, functional, and exclusive doors and leadlight. Whilst we are likely to eventually see some shortages in timber, at the moment we are stocked up for a number of months with both local and imported timber, and we are aware there are currently still shipments of timber arriving into the country at this time.

Baldwin Hardware:

There is currently no news of any delays, stock shortages, or unfillable orders. Although it is likely that in the near future there may be some delays due to the U.S. being affected by Covid-19. We will update any customers directly if they are affected by any delays or stock shortages.

At this time, our services and support to our customers remains uninterrupted, and we will keep you informed of any changes. It’s important that we stay cautious but also continue to support each another.
